Mr. Little is the owner and operator of Pacifitrek, a computer information services company in Ontario, California. He has been active in youth work for many years. He has developed a variety of spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and web sites for various programs. He has been elected to the Who's Who of California.   He has been recognized for his efforts on behalf of new small business operators in obtaining the necessary licenses and permits. Mr. Little is a strong advocate of education, particularly the advanced level.  He is currently participating in the Vocational Education Program at California State University at San Bernardino.

He has been active in the local community, serving as President of the Old Baldy Council, BSA, Scoutmaster of Troop 347, BSA, Master of Mount Baldy Lodge, F&AM, President of Terrier Toastmasters Club, Lt. Governor of Founders District, Toastmasters International and a Voting Inspector for the San Bernardino County Elections Department. He is a Life Member of the Air Force Association and the Naval Academy Alumni Association. He has been recognized for his community involvement by being honored with the award of the Silver Beaver and District Award of merit by the Boy Scouts of America.

His formal education includes a MPA Degree in Water Recourses Management from California State University at San Bernardino; a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis Maryland; and an A.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, California. In addition he is a graduate of the United States Officer and Aerial Observer Training Schools and the United States Army Artillery School at Fort Sill, Okalahoma. He has completed the basic and advanced speaking programs through Toastmasters International.

Mr. Little Served in the United States Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve reaching the rank of Major. While on active duty, he served as battery Commander of L Battery, 11th Marines. He was a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Terrier and Tartar Missile Systems Department at General Dynamic in Pomona, California. The major portion of his career was spent as a Department Manager at TRW, Inc., where he was responsible for the development of contractual and technical documents for Air Force procurement of the Minuteman and Peacekeeper ICBMs. Since leaving TRW he has been a Funding manager for District IV, Governor's Council on the Developmentally Disabled in Parker, Arizona and a Research Analyst for the California EPA.
