Little is the owner and operator of Pacifitrek, a computer information services
company in Ontario, California. He has been active in youth work for many years.
He has developed a variety of spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and web sites for
various programs. He has been elected to the Who's Who of California.
He has been recognized for his efforts on behalf of new small
business operators in obtaining the necessary licenses and permits.

of L Battery, 11th Marines. He was a Senior Electrical Engineer in
the Terrier and Tartar Missile Systems Department at General Dynamic in Pomona,
California. The major portion of his career was spent as a Department Manager at
TRW, Inc., where he was responsible for the development of contractual and
technical documents for Air Force procurement of the Minuteman and Peacekeeper
ICBMs. Since leaving TRW he has been a Funding manager for District IV,
Governor's Council on the Developmentally Disabled in Parker, Arizona and a
Research Analyst for the California EPA.
